These Terms of Use apply to the current prelaunch version of OutdoorJunkie.ca. The website is presently provided for brand information, launch updates and email signup only. Separate ecommerce terms and store policies will be added before online sales begin.

By accessing or using OutdoorJunkie.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms may be updated as the website and Outdoor Junkie services develop.
Website purpose
The prelaunch website introduces Outdoor Junkie, shares information about the brand and upcoming collections, and allows visitors to join the email list. Product images, descriptions, launch timing and other prelaunch information may change before products become available for purchase.
Intellectual property
All content appearing on OutdoorJunkie.ca, including the Outdoor Junkie name, core logo, wordmark, tagline "WHERE I BELONG.", graphics, photographs, artwork, designs, written content and other brand elements, is owned by or licensed to Outdoor Junkie and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
No website content or Outdoor Junkie brand element may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, applied to merchandise, used as a business or social-media identifier, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Outdoor Junkie. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use Outdoor Junkie's intellectual property.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to its public pages. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest website content or subscriber information, impersonate Outdoor Junkie, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
